In summer, the temperature is comfortable and the mountain air is fresh, which is ideal for football competitions for children.
Platres Cup has been organised since 2013.
This great history of opposing clubs from many countries is recognised as one of the most popular events in our region.
There are several divisions of strength in each age group, from the very challenging Eagles competition to the beginner’s games in the Tigers.
For all teams there is a final round after the group stage where matches are played on a knock-out basis.
All participating teams will receive a team photo.
Commemorative medals will be awarded to all children.
In each age the teams from top two places will receive cups and medals, and those reaching the semi-finals will be awarded with individual prizes.
If you like, we can organise friendly games or excursions to local attractions: waterfalls, medieval monasteries, wineries, national nature reserves or farms.
Plus, you can head to the coast in Limassol to swim in the sea and see the famous Limassol Castle.
