There will also be food stalls serving local cuisine and community events to keep players and spectators entertained! | In the summer of 2024, the Sud de France Tournament celebrated its 18th edition! The upcoming event promises to be an exciting celebration of sport and culture in the Occitanie region, with many teams from across France and beyond taking part. | Victorious teams earn 4 points, those who draw receive 2 points, and 1 point is given for a loss. The best 8 squads across all groups will move forward to the quarter-finals, while remaining participants playing in consolation rounds. If a knockout match ends in a tie, a penalty shootout, consisting of three attempts per side, will determine the winner. | All players will receive medals, and each team will be presented with a trophy. The tournament winner will be awarded with a challenge cup, which must be returned the following year! | Pignan is a charming town near Montpellier and only 10 km from the Mediterranean coast. Known for its vineyards and scenic landscapes, it s an excellent spot for outdoor walks. The surrounding area boasts numerous nature parks and leisure centres, such as Les Rochers de Maguelone, along with beautiful historical landmarks, ancient fortresses, and churches.
