Football Tournament VSportCup Futsal Costa Brava in Girona, Spain
Around 100 teams with more than 1000 players participate in the international tournament VSportCup Futsal in Blanes and Lloret de Mar – two famous tourist towns.
Around 100 teams with more than 1000 players participate in the international tournament VSportCup Futsal.
There are a variety of levels but after the qualifying phase the level is quite competitive.
Blanes and Lloret de Mar are two tourist towns with beaches and different types of leisure and tourism establishments such as the Port Aventura amusement park, the Caribe Aquatic water park.
The first competition was held in 2000.
This is the tournament in which autonomous federations have participated, such as Madrid or Galicia, the professional league of Ukraine with its base teams, the Australian association, professional teams such as Azkar Lugo, Playas de Castellón, Rivera Navarra, Action 21 Charleroi.
The competition have a group stage, quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals where your team can qualify for Phase “A” or Phase “B”.
Teams play a minimum of 4 matches and can play up to 6.
The teams that attend the tournament will get a briefcase with all the tournament information by club.
There will be trophies and medals for the champion and runner-up in each category (finals A and B).
Also, all clubs and their participants will get a gift for their participation in the championship.
The city of Girona is just over 30km away to visit the historic center, the cathedral and the neighborhood of Figueras where the Dali Museum is.
Likewise, the city of Barcelona is 1 hour away and the Port Aventura theme park is 2 hours away.
In the area, there are several beaches and outdoor activities such as 2 water parks and the Marimurtra Botanical Garden.
